Our stock of naturally untreated oak sleepers is the perfect choice if you’re looking to enhance your garden this spring. We have large stocks of 8” x 4” oak sleepers in varying lengths that are available from store or to buy online. At Winkleigh Timber, our oak sleepers are available in set lengths, however, with our on-site machining expertise, we can machine to size for you upon request. (Note: machining is an extra charge).

Highly popular with our Devon landscapers, our oak sleepers are widely used for garden edging, borders, planters, raised beds and for creating different levels within the garden. Natural timber sleepers blend successfully within the garden scene, making them the perfect choice for your project. Being a hardwood, means that the oak will last for a considerably long time as opposed to many softwoods that are frequently available. Our oak sleepers require no chemical treatments which makes them an ecological choice.
